Validity of the terms and conditions

These general conditions will remain in force and will be applicable for as long as the website is accessible.

Wellestar Life reserves the right to modify the general conditions and any of the legal texts found on the website.

The CLIENT is subject to these general conditions at all times when contracting the service, and it is not possible to contract without accepting these general conditions.

Intervening parties

The contracting process through the website is carried out between the CLIENT and Ecommerce SDR, SL.

Any consumer (natural or legal person) who registers through the established form by filling in their personal data and making the corresponding payment will be considered a CLIENT of the website.

Wellestar Life reserves the right to deny or withdraw access to the website without prior notice, on its own initiative or that of a third party, to those users who do not comply with these general conditions.

Electronic contracting process

The USER will fill out the purchase form completing the required data.
The USER will choose the form of payment, which can be by credit card or PayPal.
The USER will confirm the payment and receive a confirmation email with the order details.

Payment methods

Payment can be made through any of the following means, depending on the product:

Price

Service prices include VAT and may change at any time, not guaranteeing refunds in case of price reductions or other promotional offers.

The monthly price includes 2 online sessions of 60 minutes (1 session every 15 days approximately). In addition, the first month includes a free 30-minute discovery session.

Access

Access to the service has a duration that is determined by the chosen plan (in number of months) and as long as the service is not cancelled.

Intellectual and industrial property

Wellestar Life is the owner of all intellectual and industrial property rights of the website, as well as all the elements contained therein, including images, videos, logos, color combinations, designs, audio, sound, and texts, among others.

All rights reserved. Total or partial reproduction is not allowed, nor its incorporation into a computer system, nor its transmission in any form or by any means (electronic, mechanical, photocopy, recording or others) without prior written authorization from Wellestar Life. Infringement of these rights may constitute a crime against intellectual property.

Right of withdrawal

As a valued Wellestar Life client, you have the right to cancel your membership at any time. To ensure your cancellation is handled personally and efficiently, we kindly ask that you reach out to us directly if you wish to cancel your membership.

Cancellation procedure

Cancellation request: To cancel your membership, please send an email to our customer support team at wellestarlife@gmail.com. Indicate your full name, the email address associated with your account, and the date of your request.
Confirmation of cancellation: Once we receive your request, we will confirm the cancellation via email. The cancellation will be effective at the end of the current billing period, and you will continue to have access to our services until that date.
Billing period: Membership fees are billed monthly. If you cancel, your membership will remain active until the end of the paid month. There will be no partial refunds for unused days.
Exclusions: The right of withdrawal does not apply to any additional services you may have purchased, such as sessions with high-performance coach Jesús Sierra, once they have been scheduled.

Consequences of cancellation

After cancellation, access to all Wellestar Life services will terminate at the end of the current billing period. If you decide to return in the future, you can easily reactivate your membership through our website.

Changes to the cancellation policy

Wellestar Life reserves the right to modify this policy at any time, with changes effective starting the next billing cycle. Any updates will be communicated through our website.

Exclusion of warranty and liability

Wellestar Life is not responsible for damages of any nature that may be caused by errors or omissions in the content or lack of availability of access to the website due to maintenance work, as well as the transmission of viruses or malware in the content, despite having adopted all necessary technical measures to avoid it.

Wellestar Life is not responsible for the results obtained as a consequence of following any of the services since the CLIENT is responsible for following the indications and recommendations offered by Wellestar Life. Wellestar Life is not responsible if any of the services include any food that causes intolerance or allergy to the CLIENT, and it will be the CLIENT who ultimately decides the foods they ingest.

Wellestar Life is also not responsible if the CLIENT has any pathology, prescription or medical or personal situation that prevents them from carrying out any of Wellestar Life's services. If in doubt, it is best to consult with a health professional about the convenience or not of following any of Wellestar Life's services.

Wellestar Life reserves the right to publish photographs provided by CLIENTS, always keeping their identity hidden and safe. The CLIENT accepts these conditions at the time of purchase of the service and accepts the publication of these photographs. Wellestar Life Life undertakes not to reveal the identity of any CLIENT. If the CLIENT wishes that their photographs are not published, they must notify by email to the following address wellestarlife@gmail.com.
